  1. Well done mate, Congratulations. Wear it well. Its just such a shame the subs still arent right, bit like the difference in the 088 options. Of course there are the other differences but these are pretty consistent across all the new Asian 7753 PAMs out. Overall the others are still the best OTB chrono PAMs around at the moment. Unlike the other new options to me these sub dials are still a clear tell from distance. That gen shot is overlit from the flash and makes the dials look much lighter than they actually are again like the 088s can look. Sorry mate I am not trying to [censored] yours off just my own HPOV on these.
  2. Once again proof that your the man , Rob. I like these B&Rs especially the 01s, have you got any examples of the coloured lume you might of done? Especially Orange and the blue. I did search a while ago but never found anything. The owner is going to be well chuffed with that!!
  3. I thought Mozilla always checked this before blocking? Does that mean any aggrieved person can do this to any site? I just tried it and got the same, funnily enough I did this on a members DSSD link in the rolex section and got the same page. I guess the link was to BoBo
  4. Thanks mate I appreciate the feedback. Always fancied an RG HB but have had a few bad experiences with RG. I wouldnt be looking for it as a daily wearer but its good to know it can withstand the daily use Thanks again
  5. Blimey what a great price for a nice rep
  6. I was looking about on the interweb as you do when the porn runs dry!!! I found this tute on bezel removal. Not sure if its of use or if its been seen before. But given the increase in 1:1 cases etc and interchangeable parts, I thought it might serve some use http://www.vikbobil.se/bezel.html
  7. Have you tried P2P, they feed all my sporting hungers. Which I cant get elsewhere without paying for it!!! Also have archive and other entertainment channels. Worth a look either way!!
  8. Great pics mate Thanks for sharing. How do you find the quality of the gold plate? Does it end to vary on the models above like the PVD does? You know, thickness, colour, durability etc? Any thoughts would be appreciated

Very sweet straps mate I am impressed with the JV lookalike
  10. I do love the overall size and look in relation to the watch, (size wise). I have revisted these pics a few times and must admit the colour and writing is growing on me but the one thing I cannot get past is the mustard stitching, thats really not doing it for me. Without that or maybe with a more darker stitch I would like it. Thanks for sharing and enjoy after all the what really matters is what you like mate
  11. Have to disagree with that mate...... That scam is also vintage!!
  12. I reckon if its anything like the 162F (Asian 7753) now out then its going to be the subdials that will be the biggest let down.
  13. Given this info I have emalied Le Hu and withdrawn my interest in the watch I was looking to order. Fortunately I didnt part with any money. Thanks RWG
  14. Funnily enough my attachment issue sorted itself though I did get some placement and junk characters in the posts I had written. But today for several hours I could not sign in, not on any of my computers or my neighbours, I tried my firewall, restarting, explorer and mozilla and my iphone. I just couldnt log on. Just got back on now having left it a few hours. It kept saying on the home RWG page in a red bar - Error 2000 You are not allowed to access this forum Not sure what happened?
  15. As I said before I am not talking to you....!!!!! Great post mate, sweet looking watch, that mod moves the watch up a notch in gen-ness. I tried to get a vice myself after seeing your mod..... but I got arrested
  16. Thanks mate, at least I know it aint me Well not this time anyway !!!!
  17. I have tried to attach some pics today via the attachment tool and also using inserting image link tool. With the former I get 'This upload failed' I have tried numerous pics sizes copyright etc but nothing works. I tried inserting using my FlickR pics but the link once inserted just shows a small white square where I put it. I tried posting it here but I get a message saying 'You are not allowed to use that image extension on this forum' but I never had probs before?? Any suggestions guys??? Its never happened before, so is it my end or forum end?? Any help would be welcome...
  18. Picking up on some of these comments I think there might be a problem for Trevor, as we were in the middle of doing a deal and he suddenly stopped replying on the 27th. He hadnt got my money by then..we were close, had lots of communication then suddenly nothing.. Hopefully he is OK and its just a glitch but I think there could be more to this than just ignoring us all......
  19. Cant agree on that mate, but very close. Why not buy a few variants and change them for variation...much cheaper option
  20. Truly a fantastic piece of craftsman ship, the chamfering on the inner side, the tube and profile are indistinguishable from gen IMHO. Like to see a face shot to see the teeth and profile in relation to face side. You must be well chuffed mate and 90 Euros!!! thats a steal...
  21. I have never associated Panerai with anything other than being a great watch, the history in its entirety gives the brand an interesting angle but no more than that. If I were to associate most of the everyday items I or others use with darker times I would find myself without not only the luxuries but also the necessities of daily life. Many individuals, companies, institutions, organisations and countries have dark aspects to their recent history, known and unknown and in peacetime and in War. I am just grateful that because of the outcome of the conflict in question, I do not find myself now having to make the sort of decisions that were forced upon many people in the lead up to and during that time of world conflict.
