I had the same issue a few weeks back and I followed the instructions and pics from Ubi and others. It was very straight forward. The instructions provided by the members here are spot on. Once you gain the confidence on working on your pieces, following these instructions are quite easy.
I would graciously bow out of the deal. It could happen to anyone new to the bay. I would be grateful if I was a new seller and made a mistake like that and had an understanding buyer. I guess what goes around comes around.
I had a transitional 1999 A series Submariner that had "Swiss" on the dial. I sold it a while ago and regretted doing so but then I found this site and BK. The rest is history.
Are Yuki not selling the ETA adaptors with a Hand adaptor? When they first listed these adaptors they have the hand adaptors too. Does anyone know anything about these? Thanks
I removed the bezel with a knife and wedging it in between the case and the bezel. Its the same method as removing a rolex bezel. The only thing is the PO's bezel requires more force.
I personally, like a few dings, scratches and marks on my watches. It gives it the worn and used look. I feel that once the watch looks worn, it attracts less attention and looks more convincing.
