Of course a lot depends on how the owner presents the replica, be it a watch or a kit Cobra. I live close by Factory Five which is one of the top kit cobra Manufacturer's in the USA. Every one of those is built with Factory Five badging. I'm not aware of anyone trying to pass one off as a gen. In the rep watch world, there are a lot more scumbags out there trying to pass today's higher end reps off as gens. Or showing off their wrist and trying to pass their reps off as gens. That causes the black marks on our hobby that other products don't have to deal with. I never hesitate to admit my reps are just that.
