highoeyazmuhudee Posted September 7, 2012 Report Share Posted September 7, 2012 hello all. i have gotten around to testing out my new 1680 case featuring my 1680 red dial with feet for ETA as an example this case fits a PROPER 26.5mm dial UNLIKE the MBK (no more pressure fits) it also has the shallower rehaut like the gen, and unlike the MBK it fits 2mm bars out of the box , unlike the MBK it has a high crown position (unlike the MBK) and fits a slow beat ETA 2846 movement (rolex cal movement untested at this time) say good bye to having the perfect franken except for that telling low crown position it features a less domed case back and a custom serial number, unlike the MBK and no more "polex" it fits 1:1 parts and is shown with a clarks T127 installed and my red 1680 dial with feet for eta (no more messing around with date/hour wheel alignment) production cases will come with out crown tube installed but drilled and counter sunk ready to accept gen or aftermarket tubes of your choice, if youd like a high quality aftermarket tube installed a nominal fee of $20 will get you one personally installed by me with all the gaskets greased and the use of loctite thread locker i also guarantee the tube wont be stripped with the use of proper tools this is designed to compete with the MBK offering, so the price will be the same but the value will be uncomparable. this is just a working prototype, but its what can be expected of the final product, there are no pre orders or sign ups at this time, there are none currently available to purchase thanks for looking 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
