Can anyone tell me if the 23-9290 springbars are correct for a DW 6263 case? Or if there are any good alternatives?
I have a gen 7835 w/ 357 endlinks to fit to it.
Thought I had a pair of 19mm springbars with it, but can't find them now ...
Thanks!
The "readily available" part is the kicker. Unfortunately, a lot of the really good dials are easily found.
I really liked the ND Trading 1016 dials, but getting one is next to impossible. I also bought two of Whoppy's dials (5514 and 1016) which I liked a lot, but you can't get them now either.
Great job ... am waiting for my 5514 to return from being built (hopefully the endlinks have arrived).
I think we have very similar taste in vintage Rolex ...
Don't think TC is selling the insert alone yet.
The pearl looks off in the original ad. Would like to see a better pic of that. Color looks good.
The thing that has me questioning it the most is the price. Someone got a great deal if it's gen. Normally these are $400+.
Here is the pic of mine from the sales thread.
HH is definitely right. The gen 93150 has evenly spaced adjustment holes, the MBW does not. It does show the diver's extension engraving, but I don't know if it's correct.
Unfortunately, despite the flaws, it's still the best option ...
He doesn't do the DJ II from what I have seen, so if that's what you are looking for then it may not be an option.
Just contact him and ask what he can do for you. No reason to ask everyone else, when you can get it straight from the horse's mouth.
Thanks gents! It was sold to me as being from his earlier batches, so glad it appears so. Good idea on removing the "Daytona". Might be a good option if I end up using it.
Have this DW v72 dial in my parts bin. Wondering if anyone can shed any light as to whether or not it's from one of his good batches? Printing of the 40 isn't great and a couple of the letters in Daytona are lacking.
Looking for a decent dial (without going gen of course), but not sure this is it.
