  6. Well hello and welcome. I'm unsure what you mean by "finally", looks like the word association game to me?
  7. I agree with all @altesporsche wrote except silly. Buying a high end watch isn't really a logical choice when a very low end Quartz is more accurate, buying a rep or franken is also not a choice that involves much logic. Truth is most of us are wedded to mobile 'phones that have a very accurate clock function, we don't need a watch at all. Some things we do for pleasure. Two days ago I took some friends to a restaurant and had a lovely meal and great company at the cost of a couple of hundred euro. How am I ever going to recover my investment on that? Some watches I hope I have some equity in, but gen, rep or franken I buy for the pleasure of it not the clinical financials.
  8. Well I'm always happy to help, but in truth I've had no issues

  10. Yes, there in classifieds and missing in sales
  11. I rather like the effect on the dial. I would try to try for the overpolished look. I would never pay gen prices for an overpolished piece, but I think it can look great on rep.
  12. Very clever, impressive even, but it wouldn't find a place in my watch box at $70
  13. Now I can officially welcome you to our community and it makes me very happy to do so. I have huge work commitments until about September, but then I retire and I will send you a hunting for me?
  14. Hello and welcome to our community
  15. ^^^ And you Sir are a Job's Comforter?^^^ He may not sell many complete watches, gentlemen, but his Pam dials are as good as it gets and available for a modest sum.
  16. When she was proposed there was nothing but praise for her from the Mod team. It seems we have almost all dealt with her.
