The waxy swirls on the insert, bracelet, case-back nut and the black junk are all buffing compound .. just buff it with a dry microfiber cloth and you will have a 100% clean watch. BTW there are Gens with both gloss and matte dials. There was a gen v1 update at some point, and the dials changed finish. There have been Gen dial photos posted here in both matte and gloss.

The noobfactory DSSD already comes complete with a clear domed pearl which is very nice .. or am I misunderstanding. Take a nice new microfiber cloth to that watch and get the buffing compound off of everything and it should look great.

The new action videos from our Dealers really made the watches pop for me.

I know this is not Bergie's review area, but so many people only read General that I thought I'd put a small note here, and a full review there later today. Happened to me last month and again just now. The Paypal subscription payment goes through .. a few days later, RWG cancels my Platinum subscription .. I think "HM maybe I didnt pay" so I send $10 manually, and then Admin has to refund my original $10 .. every 30 days like clockwork.

I noticed that some time yesterday the black cabochon was lost from my Seatimer crown ... does anyone have a source for replacements? I have done some looking, and cabochons are very easy to find on the internet .. but not SQUARE shaped .. mostly round and oval. I could get the correct deep blue colored cabochon in round in the correct size for only a few dollars .. but I need square. thanks.

Hit your local Target store and pick up a fat package of orange microfiber towels in the Automotive section for $8 .. you will be amazed how thoroughly they clean a watch in just a couple swipes.

Keep in mind that when the Chinese cloned the Miyota movements to make the DG series, they improved them .. so a Miyota replacement for a DG will not hack. If you dont mind that, then go for it.
