Thanks. Like many of my watches, it, too, is a franken. I upgraded the original 15g drive to 20g, installed a new battery & replaced both the headphone jack & mainboard with parts from another 'pod. It has also been polished numerous times to keep it looking (nearly) new. I would be lost (or, at least, bored) without it.
Like all aftermarket dial sellers, they vary in quality/accuracy from very good (never perfect) to unbelievably horrid. Compare the dial you are interested in to a few gens on a gen forum & you will see the differences.
Other than a watchmaker with a Rolex parts account (note - Rolex does not permit watchmakers within their service network to sell parts to retail customers), try ebay, vrf or tz. Alternatively, you can often substitute generic watch bridge screws for the originals within Rolex watches.
Few gen owners ever do. You might want to read this (you will need to research the current URLs as they may have changed since the article was written).
