Yes and no. If there is enough demand they will rep it. Have you spoken with any TD's to find their take on it. After all, it should be them pushing the factories as to what they think will sell.
Really sorry to hear that. Post up some photos of your dog and also of the watches in your collection that you're thinking of selling. I hope you can find a way to help him. Maybe contact Mike on a bike to see about becoming VIP so you can sell here.
The best advice I can give is read and then read some more followed by you buying a simple rep (non chrono, no complications). Maybe a Submariner, Seamaster, a Pam, IWC, AP RO/ROO, Patek, Breitling..... Ok, you get the idea. Keep it simple to start with and don't pay extra for ETA movements.
IMHO you need big wrists to carry these off. As they are A7750 with seconds at 12 ideally you'll need someone who is prepared to work on them should the movement go wrong. Be prepared for that as they are reps after all. Otherwise, if you like them go for it.
I know nothing about movements, but from what I've read the gen Omega 8500 doesn't look like any rep movement so dressing up a rep with blued screws isn't going to fool anybody. However if it's just for you (who gives their rep for someone to look at the back anyway!) then I expect you can find blued screws somewhere, but I doubt the balance wheel or bridge.
It looks like the inner bezel needs rotating a fraction. It maybe that you can do this with the crown at 11 o'clock once you receive it. Otherwise I'd not worry about it.
Okay then, may I suggest this one as you've not given any hint as to your taste/style/preferences. http://www.pf-818.com/-p-2232.html If no one else suggests anything are you still going to buy it? lol And for those too lazy to click the link........
