Actually the 1.8 and the 2.0 are the diameter of the springbar. If you have a no holes case you want the flanged springbar, probably 1.8 if its a rep rolex
Remember that no one recommends sending a watch back to china. For the obvious reason, it takes forever. What you should do is find someone in your city or country that works on reps. Then take it and spend $20 or $30 to get it fixed. Not only do you get it done quickly, you have started a relationship with a watchsmith. Then in the future you can get those minor problems fixed. Remember, it's a fake, you only paid 1/10th or less of the price of a gen. Expect you may have a problem from time to time. Your solution to bash a good dealer is the wrong one.
No choice now but to trim the end pieces. Take a dremel and cut the end piece. Take a black marker and just barely run across the edge. It will leave a thin blk line on the end link. Start by cutting that off. Then ck and do it again if you need to. Then bend the end pieces down to fit flush with the case and lugs.
Of course the pic is an example of extreme bending to show what I mean. It's always a good Idea. Doesn't hurt a thing. The chinese have been doing it for years and never had a problem. Not everyone has the ability or the tools to trim end pieces.
Here is a tip for getting springbars in the hole. Take a small pair of needle nose pliers. Bend the end of the spring bar slightly with the needle nose. When you put the spring bar in the lug area, take your small screwdriver and rotate the end of the springbar until it pops into the hole. This is a tip for mounting any bracelet that the springbars don't match up with the hole.
First of all, you only have about 30 mins to cancel a payment you've made with pp. Beyond that, you have to open a pp claim. That would be item not as described or not received. That puts everyones pp in danger. NEVER EVER FILE A CLAIM WITH PP UNTIL THE MODS TELL YOU TO!!!!!!!! WHATEVER PROBLEM YOU THINK YOU HAVE, IT CAN BE WORKED OUT. YOU'RE NOT ALONE HERE. BUT, IF YOU USE PP FOR A DISPUTE, YOU WON'T BE HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!!
Registered design dates it to 1979 back. Rolex patent for the oyster case expired sometime between 77-79. After that it was stamped orig rolex design. Most likely there is a serial number there, you just cant see it. Go to a jeweler and let him look with his loop.
I've been suspended at rep geek and people are trying to reach me. If you are a member there, could you tell them I have been suspended there and they can reach me here. Only do that if you can be sure you won't get in any trouble. Thanks
