man, i have a rather silly question..how should one learn how to smell.. i have no idea really as to what that guy is talking about? what does zinc smells like etc??

You guys really got good nose.. i m still learning to differentiate the scent. i can't tell which is which still. recently i came across this one.. the scent is so interesting..whichi s why i bought that bottle

thanks for the replies guys. does the "base" need to be a long lasting one assuming that combining of two makes the scene last longer? or, it is only to achieve a unique scent of my own? on this note, i always buy the newest perfume available. i cannot stand those perfumes that have been on market for years. i work in the City. and alot of guys around me do put on those popular ones.

why borther..the cost is going to be as high as the gen.. i would pass. the only Rollie builds worth considering are the vintage Daytona or 15X0 powered SD/Sub in my opinion..

there are many gen milsubs with Omega hands.. the orginal swords hands are usually replaced by Rolex during their first visit in RSC. so i guess the Omega hands (with abit of modding) will fit the gen 1520 movement. best of luck with your project,

Phong are not known for his dials (so is Yuki, come to think of it). Ingold dials are generally better. he's a great guy to deal with, send him an email a couple of weeks back but he didnt respond? flex

I reported it when it was first released. the dial opening was too large and the gen dial would go straight thru. I suspect it was because they copied from the 1680 spec. DW is a gentlman and would refund the money in full.

Looks like a 168000 or a very early version of 16110 with lug holes.

I think you can build one with gen parts (save the gen dial) at that asking price. if you need a gen 5500 case-set, just ask..

I have done one a while ago..with the Phong case and an old school NDT dial.. the dial received the The Zigmeister treatment and had The Zigmeister magically installed a slow beat movement. The Zigmeister also tinted the hands for me to match the dial color
