  1. Thanks for taking the time. I recently saw this model in a AD. Pictures don't do the watch justice. I am sure the rep carries the same presence.
  2. Quiet the collection! How do you like that watch box? I've seen it a few times, thought about buying it.
  3. It's an interesting concept. What would you use to coat the metal?
  4. Cow sh*t huh? I bet there's a hell of a story there. Haha
  5. I wish I was bold enough to wear a yellow dial breitling. Those are some phenomenal pictures. Brochure worthy! Ha
  6. I'll second what By-Tor just said. I have the same BK YM and also just picked up a BK WM9 YM and the bracelet, clasp, and coronet are crisp.
  7. I have a V4 bracelet and have soaked, washed, and oiled the bracelet with no issues. I live in Florida by the beaches. Hard pressed to find more humid conditions then my backyard. I'd follow the above suggestions to take care of the issue.
  8. What did you use as the base watch to accept these gen parts? ***EDIT*** NVM, found your build thread. Sorry to hijack!
  9. Its a shame how many models go unnoticed. Thanks for taking the time.
  10. I'm waiting on that long awaited TC TT Sub
  11. Those pictures are stubbing... Wow.
  12. I am equally as surprised. I'm anxiously waiting. While I do love the classic submariner there is still something special about the ceramic bezel. I'm interested in a TT if they ever produce that. I think the TT look elegant with the new lug thickness. I may be alone in that thought lol.
  13. Surprised no review or comparison of this watch has surfaced yet...
  14. I ditched the YM clasp in favor of a SS Daytona/GMT clasp. I haven't looked back.
  15. Couldn't agree more. Best bang-for-buck combination. Sell the donor bracelet watch to recoup some of the cash.
  16. Don't bring a knife to a gun fight... Haha thats a serious drill press!
  17. Not sure if thats accurate? My LN insert went in with no modification required.
  18. That's the game. We obsess over details the general public has no idea about. Lol
  19. Good work! Love the artistic nature it takes to build the vintage look
  20. ouch... thats uh, going to need some work on the "finish"...
