Okay boys, let's see what you've got for "close calls" in aviating.
This one is perhaps the most amazing job of flying I've ever seen. If not this, then the next one for sure.
That one is a WOW! Friggin good Pilot! Jeeeeeez!
-
Sell it to someone who could afford it (maybe me
) with option to buy back if he/she gets tired of it! If you don't really need the
dough, keet it! They're amazingly well done! Especially the Red!

Tomorrow:
and it would look like this on the wrist:
Just to add: this is a darn comfortable watch to wear!

You beat me to it, R!
Fri. needs some serious tool watch, with some serious strap:
-
No surprise here, I can't pry this bad boy off my wrist!
Nanuq! That's a serious looker.........nice one!
BTW: now all RWG could tell that me and R have the same taste...........for watches!

Welcome Doc! You found the right place and the right people.......who probably have the same story as you! At least you didn't get scammed first before you found RWG!
If you're a Rolex fan, you would enjoy the Rolex area, but believe you me, your watch horizon will expand soon and I hope your wallet is well padded and ......deep pockets are required here, too....LOL! Be ready to pawn your wife and set a high Dowry for your daughters if you have them, you gonna need it soon!
Kidding aside, enjoy the ride! I'm in your nick of the woods, so PM me if you need more in-depth info and stuff! Maybe you could buy me a lunch at La Cocina!

I have been wearing my APROO over the last weekend, and it was the first time that I've spent a long time outside in the sun with it. Anyway, the numbers have actually gone from a light green colour to a darker green colour due to the exposure to the sun!
I have the version with a white dial and light green lettering - it actually looks like I've got grey numbers on my dial now, and I don't really mind it all that much, but just wanted to share it with you.
I'm afraid that I don't have a camera with me at the moment to show you the pictures, but thought that it was interesting enough to mention it.
That's wierd!, I have a Safari that I wore for six weeks straight when I was in Asia last Jan. and it never change color on any parts of the dial. Between the Sun, snorkeling, diving, you name it under the sun that this baby went thru.......and it just kept on ticking:

thanks, guys!...
i joined here on a whim 8 months ago and used one of my email addresses as a member name...little did i know how cool - and addictive - i'd find this place...so after discovering i've hit 600 posts and that rwg is part of my daily routines, i decided to go with my usual nickname...Hackr...which, as you can see, is part of my life...nice license plate, aye!...anyhow -- been called this since i was old enough to hold a hockey stick and use a computer...
where would we be in life without change, huh?!..
R-

I have 2 sec@12 and so far so good! The Safari I wore for six weeks straight when I went to Asia Last Jan. One thing that I do (read it here sometime ago) is to stop the movement completely by pulling the crown all the way out when not using them!
Knock on wood!
